Water Damage Restoration

From leaking pipes to flash flooding, water can cause serious damage to your home.  For this reason, it’s critical that you employ a reputable and experienced restoration company.  If your contractor fails to identify all the wet materials, there is a high probability that you will develop fungi/mold growth, which can occur in as little as 72 hours.  Our professional team will painstakingly inspect and meter the affected areas to ensure we locate all the wet materials.  We will dry and, when necessary, replace any materials that are damaged.  Complete 360 will be with you from the first phone call until the last floorboard has been set in place, the paint has dried, and your house is a home again.

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

We all know that fire can cause severe structural damage to your home and its contents. You may not know, however, that the smoke from the materials consumed in the fire will likely carry dangerous carcinogens.  Also, when the smoke dissipates, a very fine particulate, or soot, can coat every surface of the home.  Floors, walls, ceilings, and every item inside the structure are typically affected.  While cleaning by a quality restoration company can remove the soot, there are frequently areas where significant discoloration, staining, or warping may have occurred.  This type of loss frequently requires evaluations of the structure.  Insurance will determine whether cleaning or replacement of damaged materials is covered based on your insurance policy.  Complete 360 has relationships with a number of engineering firms to ensure, first and foremost, that the structural integrity of your home is re-established prior to addressing the more visible cosmetic repairs.

Mold / Fungi & Bio Recovery Restoration

Sneezing, coughing, breathing problems—these are all issues related to mold/fungi spores.  Mold spores are microscopic and therefore difficult to detect until they grow into a bigger problem.  Many species of mold contain mycotoxins, which can be hazardous to your health and have been linked to numerous respiratory problems, especially in the very young and elderly.  In long-term or unaddressed water damage, the remediation process can involve extensive demolition of affected materials and detailed cleaning.  Air quality testing is available upon request.  All work is performed while wearing respirators, nitrile gloves, and Tyvek suits.  Similarly, Bio Recovery involves many of the same processes to ensure the safety of both workers and occupants during the remediation process.  Both of these types of damage can involve extensive reconstruction since proper protocol requires the removal of all affected materials.  Complete 360 is very familiar with the requirements and uses the proper P.P.E. (personal protection equipment) when necessary.  If your home has been affected by any fungi/mold, or if a bio recovery has been performed, let us help you restore your home back to norma so that you may live a healthy, fungi-free life.
